The HEV320B discharges invisible cool moisture in 2 moisture output settings. This cool moisture humidifier is an ideal fit for smaller to medium sized rooms and is capable of running for 18 uninterrupted hours per filling.
Genuine Honeywell Wicking Filter C
This cool moisture humidifier works with Honeywell Replacement Filter C. Designed for optimal moisture output and inhibiting up to 99.99% of mold growth on the filter, this Genuine Honeywell Humidifier Wicking Filter captures minerals from the water and helps prevent the buildup of white dust. The updated version of the Honeywell Replacement Filter C features a blue pre-filter layer that helps capture large airborne particles from the air that passes through the filter.
Protec Antimicrobial Cleaning Cartridge
The Honeywell Cool Moisture Humidifier can also use Protec Humidifier Cleaning Balls. Protec Antimicrobial Cleaning Cartridges feature a patented antimicrobial, Aquastat that continuously works to hinder the growth of bacteria and mold. They're also capable of preventing the buildup of slime in the water and humidifier surfaces. Protec Antimicrobial Cleaning Cartridges work in all humidifiers and are safe/non-toxic. Aquastat contains no harsh chemicals or harsh acids making the cleaning action just as gentle as water on your humidifier surfaces and components.
- Remove the Tank: Carefully lift the water tank off the humidifier base and bring it to a sink or tub.
- Open the Cap: Turn the tank upside down and unscrew the cap counterclockwise.
- Fill with Cool Water: Fill the tank with cool tap water. Avoid using warm or hot water.
- Secure the Cap: Replace the cap and tighten it securely by turning it clockwise.
- Return to Humidifier: Carry the filled tank back to the humidifier, using two hands for support. Avoid pushing the plunger at the bottom.
- Attach the Tank: Place the tank back onto the humidifier base. You'll hear the water draining into the reservoir.
- Remove the Filter: Take out the filter before cleaning. Don't clean the filter with vinegar or any chemicals.
- Fill with Vinegar: Pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the water tank.
- Soak: Let the vinegar solution sit for 20 minutes to loosen mineral buildup.
- Clean: Empty the vinegar and clean the tank, base, and reservoir with a soft cloth or brush.
- Rinse: Rinse everything thoroughly with water until the vinegar smell is gone.

Love this humidifier. It is easy to clean .Works well.
Purchased for my baby's bedroom during winter. Had a smaller filters one before this that was not great and I felt like I could never properly get clean. We love this Honeywell one. We noticed a big difference in the humidity level in the room. It's not too loud, but still acts as nice quiet white noise. The best part is the tank can be set down under the sink to fill or on the counter while removing the cap. Product design makes this humidifier easy to fill, operate, and clean. We plan to buy another for our bedroom since we love it so much.

Easy to fill and clean
Haven't had a chance to use yet as I am still using an old Honeywell. Looks like it will be easier to fill and keep clean. I believe this is my current model's replacement. It sounds quieter...which I like the noise as it keeps me from hearing other sounds. The filter that came with it is not very good. Do like Honeywell products
The machine works well in doing its job as a humidifier no problem there. However, its too quiet. I liked the white noise from the old model I had----it was great for sleeping. I've had a little trouble getting used to the quiet operation of this model.
