Just add one to the water tank about once a month when replacing the wick, and water is always clean.

I've been using this product for nearly 15 or more years. It's great and still works.

Never tried these but as of now the one I am using seems to help. Water is more clean using this product. I stll clean and disinfect every week but these help.
