Installed this unit about 30 days ago. Install was easy to connect to the app and to my home wifi. I ran the cable around my water heater and nearby a sump pump as I imagine most people will do. So far it has not gone off so no leaks. To my surprise the unit also shows room temperature and humidity in the app. I did not know it did that prior to installing so that is a bonus. Based on my experience I'd recommend.
