T9 thermostat and sensors really help with balancing systems with only one thermostat ( call for heat ) especially one pipe gravity steam systems.
They are easy to place around the home and connect to the thermostat. They also give the thermostat a more accurate temperature of rooms in the house.
I had a Honeywell T10 installed last November with 1 sensor. I loved how it kept a more consistent temperature in those rooms. I decided to add two more sensors to really help keep my house consistent by room. These are very easy to install and work great. Very happy with these Honeywell products.
