This was purchased for our finished basement. Love the the pump that works to move the water outside via a drain so we don't have to empty the bucket . I had a question and the CS rep was great. Love â¤ï¸ love this product.

Bought this product recently to control the humidity in our home . The search and comparison was very easy with their website . Ordering and shipment tracking was straight forward also , and setup was very easy . I am very pleased with my purchase . The only improvement would be a quieter fan . My wife gets distracted by the noise .

September 23, 2021The best dehumidifier I have had
I bought this dehumidifier after my last one quit working about 3 month after the warranty period. The other one was pretty good, but this one is excellent. The air intake is bigger than any I have had. The pump is really effective.The quiet mode actually works. I initially set it for 45% humidity. I the room humidity decreased from 73% to 51% overnight. Then I set it for 40% for four days and it was 38% at the end of that time. If I wanted to have the humidity 30%, I'm sure this dehumidifier would maintain it.

I've had this unit running for over two weeks in my finished cellar about 1800 SF and it runs perfectly. Yesterday I had the wall-to-wall rug steam cleaned and within a few hours the humidity level was back to the setting. Easy to install,easy to operate and runs quiet. I don't know what the energy consumption will be at this time but it certainly can't be any worse than my old unit. I have recommended this product to a number of friends and would recommend it anyone.
