When the 2nd thermostat I bought from another company, for over $50 also failed to work in under a year... I pulled the info from the original Honeywell product that had worked perfectly for 20 years. Happily, I found it online, at a GREAT price, and installed it easily and it works wonderfully. House is 110 years old, original gas-fired, gravity hot water, radiator heat system - needs only basic thermostat. CT30A1005 is what is needed/what works. Best Thermostat for this system.
