Measuring 9.5 by 13.38 by 5.75 inches (H x W x D) internally and 10.50 by 13.5 by 6 inches (H x W x D) externally, this file box comes with a convenient handle for portability.

- Engraved on the key itself.

- Check the engraved key number and verify it matches the engraved letter on the key cylinder.
- Spray WD-40 oil in the lock.
- Tap it lightly with a hammer.

Extremely happy with product, able to organize papers and fit in my safe.
Bought 2 of these and they came packaged well inside individual box with both packed together in a larger box. One was cracked a little at corner and inside hanging bar does not extend full width of box allowing hanging folder to slip out. Not a big deal, just a little aggravating. Would purchase again. Is ideal for our needs.
